Since the creation of Daad group, our primary mission at Daad Group has been to purchase and manage well located under-performing properties in multi-family apartment communities, medical/ofﬁce buildings, industrial warehouses, and retail shopping centers predominately in the United States of America.Regardless of the type of real estate acquisitions our focus has always been onthese three simple strategies:

We invest in Properties that provide strong purchase fundamentals, attractive returns and substantial value creation potential. We focus on recognizing value add opportunities and implementing strategies that will help increase the assets performance. Ultimately, it is about creating value for our investors, lenders, sellers, team members, partners, employees, and tenants. Daad has consistently been able to identify opportunity, develop a working business plan, and execute that business plan in multiple markets with different asset types throughout various economic cycles.

Daad group focuses on demographic and economic trends to determine the outlook of the market and sub-markets where we are considering investment opportunities. Using information gathered from local government agencies, federal agencies, State agencies,chamber of commerce, and local real estate experts, Daad group is able to keep up with all local and regional trends, as well as economic changes in the market place. We look for areas where the population is growing and jobs are being created as these contribute to the long-term value and appreciation of real estate. Our investment decisions are based on thorough and consistent market research that takes into account all parameters that affect commercials real estate acquisitions.

Our Mission

Daad group has leased tomany national and regional tenants including Little Caesars, Kings Care Pharmacy and Store, Kings Security Services, Allstate Insurance, and Farmers Insurance.
